Lucinda got several training to become an expert in yoga. Her training started in 2003 when she completed her first Yoga Teacher Training. She also has completed the Polestar Group Reformer Training and the Basi Pilates Course. 

One Hot studio offers both Pilates and yoga classes. We think this is a great option for people looking for more than just yoga.

Their 21-day trial membership costs $99 which includes unlimited access to any hot yoga, yin yoga, power yoga, and reformer Pilates classes.
