Step 1: Licensing Check
We run a thorough investigation into the business to ensure they are who they say they are. Some of these checks include:
- ABN verification and years in business
- Specific industry licensing check (ex. Australian Legal Profession Register for lawyers)
- Fair Trading register check
- Company litigation search
Step 2: Reputation Check
We do a thorough search on all of their online profiles to get a complete picture of what customers are saying. Some places we search include:
- Yelp
- Industry specific review sites
Step 3: Mystery Shopper
For each business category that we cover, we call a vast number of them with a mystery shopper.
We review how responsive, professional and helpful they are.
